Ever wondered what your colleagues are working on? Perhaps you’ve wanted to tell them more about your research? Or explore the potential for collaboration?

As we head towards the end of the academic year, conversations are ongoing with respect to the future direction and focus of CGR/CASR research. One thing remains clear however: our combined centres are more than the sum of their parts. Centre Members and HDR candidates are working on a variety of important, interesting, and ground-breaking work across both centres.

Pitting the energy brains and enthusiasm of our HDR Associates against the wit and wisdom of their supervisors, this competition is guaranteed to be a battle of ages.  But more importantly, it’s a chance for us to get together, learn more about each other’s work and have some fun.

Open to members and associates of both CGR and CASR, we will finally see who can win the day in 3-minute increments – the masters or their apprentices?

Not sure how to tackle the Three Minute Thesis? We have you covered. 3MT Champion, Andres Villamizar will be conducting a Masterclass on Tuesday, 17 October (1.30 – 3pm in 80.02.17).

So, what are you waiting for? Sign up today!

* Refreshments and finger food to be served at the conclusion of the event.
