This research project looking at women’s employment experiences, equity issues and opportunities to pursue leadership positions in the Bougainville public service.
The work will involve conducting an audit of the number of women in public service roles in Bougainville, and the kinds of roles they are employed in, with particular attention to senior management roles. The research will include interviews/survey of women employees about their experiences working with the ABG administration. The final recommendations will be presented in the form of a research report.
